4TVinteractive launched their own proprietory EPG, broadcasting on it's own data stream on Freeview channel 704. It can only be used on receivers that are licenced with 4TV. The data is broadcast in the early hours of the morning, so any updates to the schedule that happen during the daytime won't appear on the EPG until the next update the following morning. As schedule updates often happen when a live event runs longer than expected this will be an inconvenience. However, the service is being upgraded to support 14 days of listings and thanks to a recent software update the Thomson DHD-4000 now supports this, something the standard EIT-based system is unlikely ever to do.
