2 Freebies if your baby was born the same day as Prince George !!
1) The Royal Mint is offering babies that were born on 22 Jul 2013 a free lucky silver penny worth £28. There are 2,013 silver pennies to give away, enough to cover the 2,000 babies born on average every day in the UK.
To get it, 'like' the Royal Mint Facebook page and provide your details via the 'My Silver Penny' tab by 20 Sep 2013. You also need to scan in a copy of your child's birth certificate. The certificate will be uploaded securely to the Royal Mint (not Facebook) to check eligibility and will be destroyed afterwards.
You can pick either the pink or blue packaged pennies and you should receive it within 28 days of the end of the promotion.
Winners might be asked to participate in publicity or to write a review of the product. The Royal Mint may also post winners' details on its Facebook page.
2) B&Q free paint if baby born Mon 22 JulDecoration freebie if tot born on same day as royal baby 22 Jul babies
You can get a completely free 2.5 litre tub of Crown paint from B&Q if your baby was born on Mon 22 Jul, the same day as the royal baby. Send an email to [email protected] by 5pm on Mon 30 Dec, giving your name and nearest B&Q store location.
You'll then receive an email with a code to print which you'll need to take to that same store along with your baby's birth certificate by Tue 31 Dec. You can choose any one colour of Crown paint - it's usually £20 - £35 depending on the finish and colour.
