Try www.freewebspace.net for a list of providers, and then sign up for a free URL redirection service at http://www.shorturl.com/, which will enable you to create an address like www.stevedw.mirrorz.com or something.

Ofcourse, if you have a credit card your best bet is to purchase a web hosting account for like £12/year and a .co.uk or .com domain name for £2/3 per year.

www.freewebs.com is the best! you get an address like freewebs.com/yourname but you can easily get a short url for your site for free. i reccomend www.dot.tk for a short url.

Your ISPs webspace tends to be the best.

www.1asphost.com is a good alternative but is picky about files uploaded and you'll need something like www.dot.tk for a short URL.
