does anyone know how i can put credit on my vending card at work its similar to my ondig card so is there anyway to get me free coffe and cakes
cheers

no luck yet i cant seem to find the software that will let me read them

Most of them cards have an atmel chip on them? can they not be copied to a blank so u can reuse the credit over and over?

hi u say atmel chip which 1, we may get some where if we no that.

Personally I think ripping off your employer for a few cups of coffee and a cake is downright madness. Do you want the possibility of a criminal record and the sack without a reference. Good jobs ain't that easy to get.
Bloody hell man there's things you do and then again there's those you don't!

depends on how gready u are. I could save a fortune on the stuff i put away LMAO

sounds like a gr8 idea to me. I am working on the old magstripe cards at the moment , with a little success...

hi new to this but have the program to read atmel chips if it is the same chip in a fun card my funcard is an atmel chip let me now email address i will send the softwear

I would also love to hear from anyone who knows how to put credit on MAGSTRIP vending card, our vending service is run by an outside co and are suppose to be subsidised but they dont pass it on.
robbing ba***rds.

all the best from welshboy

guys i have a question for you, is it possible to read info or change info on atm cards or visa cards as they have the little gold chip on them, just a question, have no plans on doing so...YET!!!

with the right software you may be able to alter the details on the chip, but it will be very difficult as it poses a major fraud risk!!!!
as for the magnetic strip that should be alot easier, you may be able to duplicate a card as most details can be read off the card, but then again what do you want to do with that???
I have vending m/c's in work that once something is bought the credit on the card is changed accordingly, and the same when credit is added, there must be a similar device commercialy available does anyone know???

Like i said it was just a question, curiouse thats all, i would not even bother doing it but just wanted to know if it possible or not.

I have seen magnetic card reader/writers for sale in the maplin catalogue, off the top of my head i think they were about £90 last year.

yes and then you need the sofware to read them, ( (but where would you get that software?) them card reader/writers can be bought for around £10, last place i seen them was at http://www.bullnet.co.uk/shops/test/Default.htm.
