finally i recieved mt heatwraps today :banana:

like snp was left outside door by the side of the bin...

just put one on to try and see if it makes any difference, i hope so...

tried the heatwraps and they deffo relieved my lower back pain...

it says up to 8 hours but 12 hours later the wrap is still warm
