Being a cynical type i can't really believe it either but that map isn't exactly accurate....my house shows up quite a distance from my postcode!!!

I agree that on the face of it, it looks like a bit of a scam. But I don’t think it is a malicious one at that.
They are gonna need (if my sums are right) in excess of two million people to sign up, to get the thing running.
So before that target is reached, it looks like they might bombard the mail accounts of those that have signed on, with junk mail from their promised sponsors.
But as they say:
So if it did take off, then they would probably choose a small percentage of people that would fit any criteria they deem fit
But if the target number is not reached, then only they will benefit
But I suppose it does have the potential to work.

I knocked on the Private home address listed in contacts and it s a kid yes some clever little high school student, who will take your details and probably sell them to some porn site for some quick cash and all people will get spam.

dodgy broadband
Was quite funny really i was on e bay and went on a travelling spree to pick up some goods that i had purchased, and couldnt find it so got out my laptop to use auto route as you do, and opened internet explorer by mistake and noticed the address for this SCAM and saw that i was no more than 5 minutes away so this is what happened when i made up enough courage to knock on the door:
Some spotty little kid answered so i asked him if his father was available as i was interested in broadband and he said "oh thats me doing that" so shocked that i was i asked him what it consisted off and he said erm erm erm its something im doing at college and am taking details and you need to mail them from your pc and leave email address, when i said can you explain how you can do it for free as firms like aol and telewest charge quite a bit, he said he is unable to tell me but to leave my details on his site.but he had no info on it and as i know he should have so much paperwork but he had F**K ALL
