Anyone know how to make a full copy of the sdcard, when I do it omits the maps

Ford FX and NX SD map cards have copy protection software so you can't copy the map files. The sat nav updates are done by purchasing the latest updates from Ford on a CD, You then place this in the sat nav unit and copy from sat nav to SDcard.

Out of interest you could try something like Norton Ghost to actually clone the card

Norton Ghost and Acronis both failed to clone the sdcard
