.FLV Videos

have two .flv videos here, the first one is about four seconds out of audio sync...and the second has a hiss whole way threw...anyone know how to fix them?

first to convert the flv to mpg i normally use total video convertor and just try and edit it in nero wave editor
or beter still try adobe premiere once you converted the flv. premiere is in my opinion one of the best video editing software once you master its use
