Someone said this on a forum. could you tell me if its true or not.

Your pc puts a marker on each file so if you up load or down load, a direct connection can be made between both comps, your service providor gives the address to the police.

I havent heard of this, it is possible I suppose, but would assume they go after people who are d/loadind around the clock.
