I'm stuck... need to make extra lean mince burgers tasty and not dry. Threw garlic, pepper and onions at them a few days ago, but they just tasted like dry mince tbh! Was trying to avoid salt, what's my options for making a healthy(ish lol!!!) burger but has a real burger taste ????
I'd have the 'full fat' version all day long, but as always, the Mrs insists on a healthier alternative
