epg on ex6000sd

some channels giving no information available when scrolling through epg menu.
is there any way to fix or refresh epg on ex6000sd.

ive got a ex5000 mate and it sometimes happens to me but it will come back on after 5 min it usually happens when its going to update itself

like you said prob updating itself....
