Ebay DO NOT BUY FROM thescriptwriter

:grayno: Do not buy anything from a trader on ebay called thescriptwriter. A mate of mine bought a pny128mb memory stick from him for £5. He sent an e-mail saying that he had listed them incorrectly, which is fair enough, but then refused to refund the money.... The email reply my m8 said

"You jumped up prat. If you read what i emailed you, you would realise that i had sold 5 of these by mistake, all you have rumbled is the fact that you've f@*ked up any chance of getting your money back. C@*nts like you should be shot."

Now I don't think thats good business sense do you????
I should also add that my m8 has recieved e-mails from several other lucky winners who have recieved neither refund or product!!!

There used to be a way you could get the sellers name address and phone number and if you used paypal claim your money back.

Thescriptwriter has been rported to ebay and paypal, just a warning incase anyone was thinking of buying before action gets taken......
