E-mail Attachments

I'm trying to send avery large attachments with my E-mail but my ISP won't allow them because they are too big, the usual compression software (win zip etc) doesn't compress them enough-
Anyone got any suggestions.

you could use winzip or winrar and split the file/files into 2 or 3 smaller segments
