Saw this in the news the other day

Puff or Puffery? Dutch company claims first E-Joint - NL Times

I thought the ecigs in use today didn't burn at a high enough temp to vape liquid cannabis, or is this just a clever marketing ploy by the company?

Sorry @Clinkers just saw this i don't think this is possible as i believe THC is not water soluble as far as i know so it wouldn't vape.

mate of mine is steeping his hash in the liquid for a few days. says he gets a kick of it.
Been a few years since i toked, might try it out for research purposes

Heres something interesting i found:

THC is not 'fat' nor water soluble, it's soluble in lipids, alcohol, butane, and acetone. Any of these substances would not but good to use in a bong when smoking as they may reduce some THC in the smoke, but waters fine. Bongs are nice to smoke from because the smoke is cooled and you don't eat ash like from a pipe, it also gets you higher with less weed as less smoke is wasted.
