what a great place for people with dyson hoovers you can get a full service this includes all parts needed today i had mine done dyson dc14 there replaced the full moter new filters belts pipes new brush bar new clutch unit its like a new hoover and all for £69 i think the moter would cost yer more than that from any where else Dyson Support

Is this for Dyson or Hoover, as they are both brands of Vacuum cleaner?

Mine is under the 5 year warranty, the motor failed and he came and fitted new motor new brushbar and housing,new cable as he said the old one looked worn. Ive just had the switch fail and they came again replaced the switch,new stair hose,new handle assembly as id snapped the top and i didnt think that would be covered.All free!

They are excellent with great customer service.
