most of the latest dvdrewrites that r coming out seem to be the - does this mean that the + is on the way out. any infor would be great thanks in advance

It will be a while before the race is decided, but take a look at the format of the stand alone DVD recorders that are being produced at the moment, all in + format. The + format has also recently been backed by microsoft and sony, this may be some indication.

the only reason everybody buy's - ris because the dis'c ar half the oprice of +r's
there is some drives on the market that do both !!!!!!
