iPhone downed a new theme using cydia

how do i get it to run to change the existing theme

you need to install winterboard first

Don't forget Winterboard works in layers so if you start getting more complicated i.e. wanting different themes for slider, and SB etc you will need to drag them into order, whatever is at the top of the list overrides the ones below.
