Does Vista have any SNMP tools?

Wondering if Vista comes with any SNMP tools as standard or will i need to download one?

yes but i don't think it's added by default. you have to add it yourself as a compenent (from Vista CD, not a download) and it'll install a snmp service with agents and a snmp trap service to capture and forward message to installed management tools.
