Does any1 know how to transfer channels in mediaportal

Hi all,

ive got a test system thats got mediaportal installed. im wanting to transfer the tv channels and groups to another pc. how can i do this?

in tvserver config click on tv channels and select export - make sure to put the file somewhere you can get it as it defaults to the tv server directory - as long as the other pc has the same typee of card it will import with no issues - if it isnt then you have to map them to the new card - might be easier to rescan unless you havee already setup channel groups
