dm800 server not clearing channels to my box

please read before saying it is the server end as i am trying to help him while he is at work
ok i share with my m8 who is the sever end
last night his card updated (rights ended ?) and today his card when put in sly box works without problem all channels clear
but if he puts it in his dm800 most of the hd channels do not clear and a lot of the sd channels do not clear none of the movies ( main ones ) same with sports
anyone have an idea what could be going on many thanks

sly have paired the card to the sly box

now will only work in original sly box has been well documented

why did he put card back in original box?

he never m8 it was in the dm when updated but would not clear channels
so put it in sly box to check no update or anything came down afaik

but the minute he checked in sly box that deffo would do it to give the end result he now has
