Anyone with this software on their comp used for watching divx movies,
please note that it includes gator spyware included in the bundle.
This is how you remove the GMT advert software from your machine. There is no entry for it in the ad/remove programs list.
Assuming you have a standard windows installation on your C drive,
Right click on the task bar and open the task manager.
End GMT.exe and CMESys.exe programs.
GMT pops up the banners, CMESys sends information about what you do to an internet marketing company.
Go to c:\program files\common files\ and delete the GMT folder and the CMEII folder.
Then go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINNT\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
and delete the GMT.exe entry.
Delete GatorPdpSetup.log from your windows folder.
Now run regedit and in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE, delete the Gator stuff.
