disconnect programs ??

is there any programs that can run when your away from the computer and tell you if the connection drops at any time ??

please advise.

There probably is but what I do if I am testing connectivity problems is just a simple ping test, soon know if it drops.

to do this go start, run, cmd
type ping -t www.google.co.uk

this will continually ping google, if connection drops it will tell you.

let me know if you find an application though
