Digivox loses Vi rg in

Wonder if anyone can help,
my silver Digivox is giving me a problem, here's what I am doingEMU is on)


Selecting Menu,

Scrolling down to system information,

pressing enter

Keying in "1004"

Selecting Nagravision and press enter

Select Provider (TELEWEST)
and enter the info there,

Herein lies the problem, I have no provider showing, only this

Provider ID: FF FF
Key No: FF
Key Data: FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF



can anyone help me with this please

Dont enter any info- installation-auto scan-telewest etc-ok. Box will scan that id on its own.

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear:
I have already tried to autoscan a few times but get no channels, these:

Provider ID: FF FF
Key No: FF
Key Data: FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF
are already there when I
Selecting Menu,

Scroll down to system information,

press enter

Key in "1004"

Select Nagravision and press enter


my software updated ok up until last night, so now I'm trying to input ... well you know the rest

I pressed the default key and tw appeared, was able to input data and box is back ok,
