I think you may struggle mate I tried to find one a while back for 4od the one biffo listed (nogg's is the same link) doesn't work anymore due to 4od adding extra protection if I remember right. I don't normally give up when I'm looking for something like this but I did I'm pretty sure unless theres been any new ways released in the last 6 months its pretty much a dead end I'm not sure about 5 demand though I was just after a couple of episodes of The Boat That Guy Built off channel 4 due to Virgin Media being turd and the tivo's going down I missed a couple of episodes (still getting these probs btw but its ok ive had this problem since august '12 and they've just given me a fix date of 4th december 2013 lol so there working on it)
