Dbox not booting

I have just got a dbox off a friend who set it up and was working fine.
Then it started freezing and stuff then he could not connect to it via ethernet and now it just wont boot when you power up the lcd comes up with the registers or whatever it is and says kein system after a pause on the bottom line so it seems that the processor is running but is it crashing or what.
Oh and their is no output to the tv.

Any suggestion's would be appriceated.....

Kein System means that you've flashed the wrong image to the box, i.e. put a 2x image on a 1x box and vice versa.

Use IFA 2.0 to flash the correct image to it. You can get it from here...http://www.world-of-digital.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56229

I have never done a dbox, myself only assisted what flashing software do i use

I'll do some more reading first

Have just downloaded from services do i have to use bolton or updated northwest or both... Update has bouquet file.????
