Cycling the Trans Pennine Trail

Sorry we missed you Him Her, I dropped my phone after I texted you somewhere between the entrance of Hemingbrough and the pub across from the local shop where I noticed it had gone. After re-tracing our route and the general area (which made us lose the trail for a while) for 10 minutes we found that someone had got a 12 month old iPhone for free.

So I don't know if you got there or not, but we had to press on...Sorry

On a more happier note, the photos we took along the way were all uploaded to facebook each stop we had, and my mates all had cameras too, so I havent lost them and I'll put some of the best ones up on here later ;)

We only had a couple of issues along the way...
One puncture
One new bottom bracket - kindly replaced labour free for £16 at the Stockport branch of Decathlon
One broken pannier - held onto the rack using a webbing strap
One torn pannier - fixed using Duct tape
Two sheared rack bolts (again) - rack held onto the bike by cable ties by the end of the trip and I have got to drill out the snapped bolts at some point in the future, but for now, Im putting my feet up :)

Would I do it again??? Definitely! But Im not sure the others would :)

Thanks again everyone!
