I'm looking at positive input ventilation systems as a method of managing damp in an old building with no dpc.
I would just have recommended dpc injection but there is evidence of both condensation and penetrating damp although no obvious structural damage in the damp areas.
The building is over 200 years old so there probably is no cavity either.
Anyone got any experience of positive input ventilation systems?
