Does anyone know how to compile iphone software that can be uploaded to the app store without the use of a mac??

are you part of the Apple Developer Program? I'm pretty sure you can only use XCode for OSX - maybe have a look at a VMWare OSX box...
i thought it would be a vmware route ta.
No, you cannot develop/compile iphone apps on the windows OS. Xcode will only run on Mac OS.
