Win 7 Cloning original hard drive using Clonezilla

My PC running OS Windows 7 at work has run out of space, I've been given a bigger hard drive which i have installed. I've cloned the old one to the new one and the only error i have seen is about the MBR record. Trying to boot obviously does not work due to MBR. Can anyone tell me how to fix this ? And why does clonezilla not do this for me ?

If you are having issues with clonezilla, give AOMEI Partition Assistant a shot. I recently used it to upgrade to a larger SSD and was a pretty simple process.

Could not find my windows disk but did it with boot-repair-disk iso put onto a usb stick,
