Here's a different way to prepare the chicken in the Pan, it is chicken wrapped in bacon. The idea has given me my friend butcher, sells pieces of cut chicken, skinless, seasoned with Rosemary and wrapped in slices of bacon, obviously sells them at double the price from the simple chicken, then I prepared myself . In baking, the chicken pieces are crispy all around and keep their softness on the inside and are an excellent idea for a midweek dinner.

Serve 4

Ingredients
1.2 Kg chicken
150 g Bacon in slices
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 glass of white wine
Rosemary
salt pepper

Method

Wash the chicken, dabbing dry with paper towels and cut it into pieces not too large.
Remove the skin and then place a sprig of Rosemary on each piece of chicken. Then wrap the chicken in bacon slices.
Pour into a large saucepan 2 tablespoons oil and fry a clove of garlic. Add the pieces of chicken wrapped in bacon and sauté 10 minutes turning on all sides.
Deglaze ( pour )with white wine, add pepper and a pinch of salt (just a pinch, because the bacon is already very salty)
Cover the chicken with a lid and cook over a low heat for 30 minutes.
Serve the pieces of chicken wrapped in bacon and fresh green salad in a side.
