The Chicken Parmesan-crusted crispy bits are soft and chicken, breaded in egg, parmesan cheese and stale breadcrumbs, served in a crispy Parmesan wafer. To make the crust of Parmesan you must follow a few simple steps and the outcome will be guaranteed. A second dish effect or a delicious appetizer that will make happy children.

Ingredients for 20/25 chicken bits
Bread crumbs chopped dried 50 g
Oil for fry ( vegetable )
Grated Parmesan Cheese gr 60
500/600 gr chicken breast
black pepper
Salt
2 Egg

Method
To prepare the chicken pieces started to cut the stale bread, discarding the crust and Crumb
(1). Chop the crumb in a mixer
(2), add salt, pepper and put it aside. Continue cutting the chicken into pieces the length of 4 cm and a weight of 20 g each
(3).You need to prepare the Breading: Crumb chopped, grated Parmesan and eggs sbattutte along with a pinch of salt and pepper
(4). Breaded chops: run first in the egg, then in Parmesan cheese
(5), then in the egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
(6) Place a pan on fire with two fingers of vegetable oil, fry the chicken until they are golden brown and let them dry on paper towels
(7). Proceed with the Parmesan crust: cut a circle having a diameter of about 20 cm from a sheet of baking paper and Sprinkle over the Parmesan cheese .
(8) having the foresight to concentrate more in the Centre and enlarge it on the outside, so get baking a lace effect.
(9) Set the circle on a ceramic plate and let it cook in the microwave on full power for about ten seconds, until you hear the Parmesan sizzle and you will see it.
(10) Pull the pot out of the microwave oven and quickly place the circle of parchment paper in a bowl, pushing toward the Center with the help of a spoon to model the crust as you like.
Store it in the refrigerator for 2 minutes to shrink; Finally remove the baking paper, lie down in the chicken and serve.

My suggestion:
The chicken can be cooked in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
The rind of Parmesan can be baked, always lying on a sheet of parchment paper in a nonstick skillet or hot oven for a minute.
Once baked and cooled, you can freeze the chicken pieces and pull them out as necessary, cook in a pan with a little olive oil for a few minutes. Make a crust for each diner: bring to the table a dish tasty and original!
