Chicken in Tarragon Cream Sauce

Shallots, garlic and lemon pepper season tender chicken breasts in a tarragon-scented cream sauce featuring .. chicken broth.

Serving 4

Ingredients

Vegetable cooking spray
4 g lemon pepper seasoning
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 shallots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
* 240 ml from Shops Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic) or other may you have already.
60 ml light cream
6 g chopped fresh tarragon leaves

method:

1. Season chicken with lemon pepper seasoning. Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat 1 minute. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add shallots and garlic and cook until tender.
2. Add broth, cream and tarragon. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
 
thanks , browsing through i found this, and will make it or similar, tonighht, as dont have cream or lemon pepper seasoning
but just adapt it anyway and im sure it will be lovely xx
p.s its not for ellie, hes having toad in hole, its for me an my son an mum xx
