It's a simple recipe, easy to make, good for everyone,Kids too
Serve 4
Ingredients
500 gr chicken breast
30 gr of flour,
30 gr of butter
1\/2 glass of white dry wine
salt
pepper
2 oranges
Method
Flour the chicken breasts and sauté in a pan with a knob of butter
Once browned on both sides, blending chicken breast with white dry wine
Grate the zest from an orange and made the juice from both.
Now pour the orange juice over chicken breast.
Turned round the slices in the sauce and then add grated orange zest, salt, pepper and extinguish the fire.
Serve the chicken breasts with cooking orange sauce and decorating the plates with some orange slice.
