Phone Unlocking Changing Nokia Screen Colour

Can anyone advise - in layman's terms, this is all new to me! - how you can change the background colour of your handset (i.e. green) to blue on a Nokia. Is it a hardware change or software? Thanx.

Its hardwear m8 you need to get some blue LEDs then solder them onto your screen after removing the other ones on there i did have a site for them some were i will try and find it for you........Gazer.
