Changing a Logo

Hi
Can anyone help me on this situation
I have found a great header for a website that am working on, but i need to change the logo from "graveyard Tombstones" to "The GraveYard"
Its animated so i cant do it on photoshop7 (or can I)??

if you still want it animated then you will need a gif animator prog (there are a few out there ... e.g. ulead gif animator) ... be careful though as if all you change s the text then you are really still copying someone else work
