Chanel Disapearing

Can some one please tell me why channel disapears on Cable, but they work on my other box, which has the same software.

by "disappear" do you mean they disappear from the channel list or just that they go black or become unavailable?

If it's the latter, some boxes are more unstable than others, and it could be that another image might be better suited for that particular box, but it's hard to give you concrete help without more specific info about your problem.
