Challenge TV replaces Channel One

Challenge TV replaces Channel One from 31 January 2011

Channel One ceased to broadcast on Freeview on 31 January 2011 on channel 20.

Challenge TV launched on Freeview on channel 46 on 1 February 2011. The channel will showcase a selection of entertainment game shows throughout the day.

A general entertainment channel for yet another gameshow channel. Doesn't really seem like a fair swap does it ?

tbh, I cant see how Freeview can continue to exist in its present form for very much longer. It seems that its potential is being eroded every other week now so that there really isn't much left for those seeking entertainment, no doubt much to Sky's delight !
