HELP!.<br />I have put a LITEON 16/10/40 CDRW on my sons machine and it was working ok at first.<br />I'm not sure what he's done but the draw stays <br />OUT.<br />He's on XP like me.<br />I have try'd it on mine work's OK.<br />So look's like software.<br />Thanks<br />Kev <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

Hi m8 not neccesaily software.....could be power related.....not enough power to close the door check the cable connectors again also check that one of the pins in the ide cable havent been bent when changing over as this would stop the software signal.......
