I bought the mini m8s II for about £28 from gearbest, comes with UK plug, 2gb ram and runs latest android 6.0.1, had a coupe of little updates since buying the other month. Did read mixed reviews about Wi-Fi being hit & miss, but I have mine wired so not a problem for me
