cable / sat and tv set up

Hi all ,
i have a large LCD tv on a bracket and have a virgin cable box and may also add a satellite dreambox to it at a later date .What i want to do is set it up so it can cope with cable and possibly satellite.
i want to get the best picture poss , but cable box is older version and only has scart socket and no hdmi socket
once this is set up i would like to feed it through to another tv in another room by using a booster box,so for example the 2nd tv would have freeview channels plus an additional channel showing whatever is on main tv.
can anyone tell me if this is poss and if so how to do it with what cables go where?
or if theres another option.

Any comments appreciated as am intending to bury some cables into wall so they will not be seen but need to make sure i have the right cables there?
