Bootcamp ingredient list

This is the ingredient that my mrs has been given for the bootcamp she is currently following. There are a few pages of tips about when and how much to eat. Just common sense stuff like watch portion size, keep a food diary, no microwave (apparently it kils a certain type of nutriant), etc

The top section is week 1, then add new items for week2, 3 and finally 4.

any special reason why they make a point of not recommending watermelon?
