Bluetooth keyboard and dual boot

Had dual boot system running for a while now and have just changed mouse and keyboard to bluetooth ones with bluetooth usb pen. Problem is pc dont see keyboard or mouse until it has booted, so i cant change boot over. Is there a way around this or am i going to have to use my wire keyboard?
