Huy guys just got a new Motherboard cheap for my box...

problem is the lcd is completely blank and does not illuminate... also the remote control does not work but the box responds to the reset command (up button and stanby) does this sound like a simple connection fault or something more sinister?

Attached is a bootlog:

have you popped the lid and checked the ribbon cables havn't come loose ?
power down the box 1st or it won't work again :)

.

What was the problem with your old motherboard? If the lcd worked with that then it would suggest that the new one is to blame for this fault.
