My sone got a blackberry 9360 for xmas on the t-mobile network, in mid March he plugged in the charger and the phone went dead, the LED was green, about 6 weeks prior to this the screen took a knock and a little pixelation (not sure about the spelling) occurred, however the phone remained to work just fine. The phone was sent to t-mobile service centre who after holding it for 4-5 weeks returned it saying it was screen bleed and that is why the screen wont power up (remained black). The day after receiving it back , my son powered it up and it was all back working and has been for the last week, my argument now with t-mobile is that their diagnosis was wrong and the unknown issue lies dormant within the phone and needs to be investigated-they are having non of it and now say that the phone is no longer under warranty due to the pixelation.
Any ideas what to do guys, is this power issue a known fault?
