Blackberry 8100 Pearl Deals

Is this the best blackberry to get if you essentially just want a phone, but with Blackberry features?

Do other phones that look like Blackberries, such as Samsung i600 work with Blackbery services?

Anyone know of the nest UK deals for Blackberry service? I see Orange only offer 6MB in the bundle, how much does this actually translate too? I figure I'd exceed it if sending more than 20 emails a day.

What are the best deals about in the UK?

I figure that the Orange one with only 6MB will ultimately not represent good value as that will probably be exceeded.
