Best place 2 buy a R4DS

Hello all can you let me know a safe and best place to but a R4DS please.
Its for a friend and i dont want to get him a fake.
Also is version 3 the only one you can buy now that can take upto a 8 gig memory card?

not 100% but i think the r4 cards that come with the cd are not fake,the others are

Why are you lot buying un-supported carts ?
