Best Chip?/Bios?

O.K guys/dolls billyhl has three x-box's at home and none of them are chipped, would like to know what chips are the best ones to buy and fit and what price and where to buy!,have also been to a shop which apparently re-flashes the bios for a fee of £50 with no mod chip needed (its near to you goldberg, pc shop cannon park next to phoenix). Would like x-box's to play all region dvd, all game backups and svcd as well as vcd discs, maybe i'm asking to much but just want to know if this is available somewhere????

Billyh, best one is probably Xecutor 2. It can be switched off so you can still go live and not get banned (unless you elave it on like me and do so! Doh!!!)
