Will be getting a shiny new LG passive 3D, 47LA620, in the up coming weeks.

Want to fill up on 3D content.

I am best with OU or SBS 1080 rips?

Did a Google and got a headache :(

Very quick google, and I don't have a 3D capable TV to check, but it looks as though both will work and it's personal preference on the OU/TB vs SBS.

As such, see if you can download a film in the two formats. Even if it's just the sample files (assuming .nzb)

@daveleebond Hi mate i have a 3D tv not the same as yours but im guessing it would run SBS which is all i download tbh and its brilliant some films are worth watching in 3d i like mainly documentrys and stuff like that in 3D.So my personal pref is 3D SBS.

from what i gather OU is better for passive and SBS still work but not ideal, but its hard to find and decent info via Google as the posts tend to go off n a technical tangent.

Majority of 3D rips are in SBS if you stick with that you won't go wrong matey

If your after Quality then the pecking order would be Full Blu Ray 3D, Checkerboard and then all the other common ones TB/OU/SBS.

Full Blu Ray 3D outstrips all the other formats as they half the resolution.
