My sincere congratulations to you for facilitating the departure of a yacht from the UK on 28th November 2004, which sailed 27,354 miles around the world, arriving back 72 days later, breaking the word record for such a voyage. Your company must be incredibly proud to have been involved in such a remarkable feat.

Could you please let me know when the kitchen I ordered 96 days ago from a B&Q warehouse some 7 minutes from my home will be arriving from your depot 13 miles away?
