their support is non-existent.
call them, all you get is a dodgy connection with noise and answerphone.
they don't even call you back. w**kers.

ukonline, from my experience they are quick, excellent support(local rate) and the connection is reliable. good on price too.

BT are also incompetent... they send you between their compainions.. none of them can do what you ask them...

as my sig says I HATE BT!!!
